Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP)

Does your company need to make a strategic change to
move forward?

Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) are the Government’s leading knowledge and technology transfer scheme, helping strengthen the competitiveness and wealth creation of the UK.

Glamorgan has completed 88 KTP Projects to date with a wide range of private, public and not for profit organisations. Click Here for more information on these projects.

The average return for a business taking part in a KTP includes annual profits of £130,000 before tax. This is equivalent to over 300% return on investment for an SME or 170% for a large business (Figures are based on an original investment of £32,000 and £48,000 respectively over two years).

The University of Glamorgan has an excellent track record of running successful KTPs. Businesses of all sizes in most industries and commercial sectors can take part, and each project is tailored to meet individual company needs.
